Meet Loki & Luna!
Okay, so they're not exactly pit bulls...
Yes, we're a pit bull rescue. And no, these little furballs aren’t pit bulls: they're beautiful kitties! But they are rescue pets in need, and they were put in our path...so we were compelled to rescue them.
Loki (orange tabby male) & Luna (long-haired female) are a lovely, loving bonded pair in search of a family together.
Loki & Luna's Story
Loki and Luna's lives were turned upside down when their mom—an amazing woman and rescuer—died unexpectedly. In a flash, they lost their Mommy, home and doggy sibling (who was adopted by a friend).
Their mom's family didn't want them, but a foster stepped forward (thank God for fosters!) and we stepped in. They’ve adapted beautifully to their foster home, where they live in harmony with three generations of humans and two foster dogs: Dottie and Taz. In fact, they could be adopted with Dottie!
Loki and Luna are healthy, happy indoor cats. Loki, who is neutered, is about 6-7 years old. Luna, who is spayed, is about 3 years old.
They love each other fiercely, but have different personalities. Loki is extroverted and adventurous. He'll cuddle with everyone he meets, including Dottie (see photo above). Luna is beyond sweet, but shy and initially timid. She looks to Loki for reassurance. It takes a while to earn her trust, but we promise, it's worth it.
